Romanie Arterberry

Serving the campus since 1979

Romanie Arterberry is the programmer for the Women’s Resource Center, the adviser for the Campus Safety Escort Service, and a campus advocate for sexual assault survivors.

The Women’s Resource Center provides quarterly programs for women and men, with an emphasis on programs about women. They describe the center as a great “home base” for students, complete with a lounge, computer lab and space to just hang out. On a monthly basis, Arterberry facilitates “Sistah-2-Sistah,” an open discussion group about concerns regarding today’s Black women.

She has an open door policy, so if you ever have any questions or need to talk, you are invited to stop by any time. The Women’s Resource Center is here to help.
