OUR GOALS

 A foremost goal is to be ranked as one of the top fifty colleges students of African descent choose to attend. This can only be accomplished by providing students with the knowledge of the history, culture, heritage, legacy, and traditions unique to the African / African American experience throughout the Diaspora. Crucial to this cultural educational process is having a campus infrastructure consisting of staff, faculty, administrators and community members that have an understanding of the political, economic, and legal systems that impact ethnic relations and status historically and in a contemporary society.
